Refund Policy

At A Million Bookkeeping Services, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional bookkeeping and accounting support tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of professional services, all payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

 

Deposits and Prepaid Services:
If you have prepaid for services or paid a deposit and choose to cancel before any work has begun, you may request a refund by contacting us in writing. Refunds for unused services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

 

Work Already Performed:
Once work has started on your account, including consultations, setup, or any form of service delivery, those fees are non-refundable, as time and resources have already been committed.

 

Subscription Services:
If you are on a monthly bookkeeping plan and wish to cancel, we require written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to services through the end of your current billing period.

 

Billing Disputes:
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately at Alexis@AMillionBkkp.com so we can promptly review and resolve the issue.
